what's going on?

Well now i do have a few photo's i need to take and upload soon, but at the minute I'm feeling far too lazy! Some of my pieces have been moved to the front window in the shop which is lovely :) and I have also produced a range of pretty little brooches to sell at the craft day next Sunday! I'll be making some yummy cakes to take with me too, so will be sure to get lots of photos of this Years event :) The main reason I've not been so active on here lately is due to the huge work we're having to go through to convert our front garden into a driveway! So far we've only had to spend £80 to get a tree stump out, and have done the rest of the work and got the rest of the materials for free so far. However this has been a pretty poo month for money for us :( we originally had £800 saved up for the driveway, but a bunch of bills took £700 of that away from us! We have had a quote for our curb to be lowered, plus quotes for the hardcore and concrete, which will take the driveway to about £1000 all together, and we only have £100! I think it's safe to say that this project is going to take a long time to finish :( unless I can win a bunch of money from somewhere!!!
Promise to put a nicer, more colourful and less boring post next time! I just needed the rant!!

GET MADE

woohoo, my stuff finally went up in the get made shop yesterday, so i have taken a bunch of photo's of my bits dotted around the shop :) see how many you can find!!

strawberry!

yay! my strawberry beauty is finally finished :) she's going into the get made shop on thursday! Along with all my other bits and bobs :) I will be sure to get plenty of photos once everything is in place!

what have you done today?

Well well well, all in all it's been a very productive day today :) I've managed to clean my entire house, paint a mug comission, 2 canvases, and finished the legs for my working progress strawberry ted! Here is the lovely mug, which has not been fired yet!

And my working progress strawberry ted :) She is supposed to be inspired from my big blue bunny which i made a year ago now! But i've nearly ran out of pink wool, so i don't think she'll end up with lovely bunny ears :(

Well now, on monday i had an amazing day running the nottingham craft mafia hut in nottingham's market square :) it was a fantastic day, and I do have photo's to upload once i get them off my phone! Unfortunately though I didn't choose the most sensible footware! So matt had to buy me some cheap white shoes from primark to keep me going! Unfortunately for them I didn't think they were pretty enough, so they have been attacked with ribbons and buttons! HAHA!

HAPPY

Hello all! I am so happy today :) This morning I got to open up the get made shop on my own :) was very exciting! Hopefully my wares will be up for sale in there by the end of next week, I'll also have a bunch of stuff for sale in the Nottingham festival in the square from tomorrow until next sunday! This is such a great opportunity to get some recognition :) All that's left to do is carry on making a bunch of stuff to sell!!
